Tropical plants ARE very cold sensitive and should be covered at the first sign of frost or freeze warnings.

Foliagewraps are available in four sizes (FW2, FW3, FW4, FW5) based on the enclosed width across the wrap. Example: A Foliagewrap - FW3 is a 3-foot across wrap.

Select a Foliagewrap based on the measured distance across the width of the plant with the branches collapsed in a bit. The best wrap for any plant minimizes the air volume inside the wrap.

Each wrap has a recommended length of rope light required for the wrap. The rope light is standard 13mm diameter rope light and can be purchased at any retail store. You can buy the rope light as cheaply as we can, so there's no sense for us to resale rope light to you. You may already have some rope light. Always remember to use the rope light as outlined by the manufacturer.

Disclaimer: Any plant that is susceptible to below freezing temperatures will not be fully protected by Foliagewraps, however, without the use of an effective plant cover device, damage to the plant will be far more extensive and possibly cause the loss of the plant. Foliagewraps helps to protect foliage from damage caused by freezing conditions. Foliagewraps will not protect plants from frost or freezing conditions without the use of the proper heating unit installed in the wrap. Foliagewrap cannot be held responsible for the health or death of any plant, as a plant's overall health is a result of many factors beyond our control.

Shipping & Handling
All orders will be shipped within 10 working days of the receipt of the order. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified immediately. If you are dissatisfied with the estimated ship date, you will have the option of canceling the order.
Domestic Customers: All orders will be shipped utilizing either UPS Ground Service or United States Postal Service Priority Mail. All shipping and handling fees will be clearly displayed on the order screen before you submit the final order.
International Customers: We will notify you by e-mail of shipping & handling fees, for your approval prior to processing your order. Please be sure to select the "International Shipment" option during the check-out process.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with all Foliagewraps. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase for credit of both the full price as well as shipping and handling charges. Your only expense will be shipping the product back to us. In all instances, your refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. If the returned merchandise is found to be abused or altered in any way credit will not be issued.

To place an order with Foliagewrap you must give us your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, along with credit card information. Our Privacy Policy is simple: we will not share this information with anyone except as necessary to deliver your order. To ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address available to our shipper, in most instances, United Parcel Service. Please be assured that we appreciate your business and that we respect your privacy. Neither your name nor anything about you will be sold or shared with any other company or agency.
